Refund policy

The provision of goods on this website is subject to availability. In cases of non-availability, M-Pire will refund the customer in full within 7 days.

M-Pire reserve the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received.  This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet our standards.  Should we exercise this right, the buyer will receive a full refund with no deductions.

Any complaints regarding the standard and quality of the product or products bought by consumers through the site should be directed to info@mpiremusic.com

Defective goods need to be reported to us via email, within 48 hours of receipt, will qualify for a full refund and will need to be returned to M-Pire (at our expense).  If an order received contains the incorrect stock, a full refund will be issued and a courier will be sent to collect the stock from you at our expense.
